FUNDRAISING PROGRAM:
Please note: We do not accept or fulfill orders during December, May, June, July, and August, as this is our busiest time of year.
Available months for fundraising orders: January, February, March, April, September, October, and November.
We recommend planning your organization’s fundraising efforts to begin in January and the latest order of the calendar year must be placed by November 1st.
Ordering Procedure: Once you have determined the quantity of product required, please submit your order using our online fundraising order form. A 50% deposit is required to confirm and process your order. Accepted payment methods include Debit, Visa or Mastercard, Certified Cheque, e-Transfer (orders@wilhaukjerky.com ), or cash.
We will not be dealing with individual people inside an organization other than the point of contact for the group. We will not accept orders other than the one submitted by point of contact.
BE ADVISED: - All our jerky, sausage & pepperoni are fresh, moist meat products must be refrigerated and have an expiry date of 7 to 10 days. Once again, we stress that this product must always be refrigerated when not being consumed.
All packages are vacuumed sealed and labeled.
You will receive notification when order has been confirmed, unless otherwise advised when your order is placed, depending on your volume and number of orders ahead of you.
Beef Jerky comes in 200-gram bags that you sell for $25.00 each. We charge you $20.00 per bag for a $5.00 profit per bag for your group
All Sausage & Pepperoni are in 454-gram (1 pound) packages that you sell for $16.00 each. We charge you $13.00 per package for a $3.00 profit per package for your group.
